after school then we have our cheer practice. the coach have been canceled the class for a fews week. finally he come today ;) if not, i gonna to kill him.
OH MY GOODNESS!! today i really tired until no body business. the cheer work out really killing me :S
i so weak now already. so hard to lift up the FATTY- wong karmen! XD just feel like my hand is breaking T.T sobs
normally during cool down section, i still like a homie still having a lot of energy to jump here and there. today i talk also no gas.
pumping 5 times already lay on the floor like a dead fish. last time jump and pump 20 times still can tahan
i think i really have to work more on strength work. if not i really i am not qualify to be a bass ;x
